Taleteam is a placement agency, offering solutions for the high rate of unemployment among the Arab population in Israel, aimed particularly at Arab academics in senior level positions.
Talenteam aims to break the psychological barriers that deter employers from recruiting Arab employees, by exposing the Israeli private sector to the immense potential for profitability of hiring talented Arab academics.
