Ravtech addresses one of the most significant challenges in Israel today, the high unemployment among ultra-Orthodox men. They are trained for employment in the Hi-Tech industry and at Ravtech in such a way that allows them to maintain their Torah studies. Thus, they are able to work in a fulfilling professional environment and provide for their families, while retaining their Haredi values and beliefs.
