Bartali – Youth in Movement (NGO) is a first-of-its-kind social and educational Israeli youth organization. Inspired by the incredible story of Gino Bartali, we are building a youth movement, of youth-in-movement, that leverages the unique passion of youth for cycling and outdoor adventures, as a tool to develop resilience and social responsibility and to create connections between youth from all walks of Israeli society. 

Bartali – Youth In Movement is building a nationwide network of cycling centers for youth in boarding facilities, youth villages, and community centers all over Israel. Participants take part in an annual program, which focuses on riding skills as a tool for personal and social growth. This involves training for a series of annual peak events, in which participants meet their peers from the organization’s other cycling centers. They ride together and enjoy all of the significant experiences that the outdoors has to offer as a significant tool for creating strong social bonds.
