Nany

Nany is a family-owned enterprise in the production of food products that employ people with disabilities, youth at risk and ex convicts. In the factory, located in Be’er Sheva, workers are integrated into all work stations: a new worker starts with simpler tasks and according to his or her abilities is moved to other functions in the factory such as cutting, cooking, and packing products.

The company specializes in the development and production of a wide range of all-natural quality food products including sauces, spreads and cooking products based on quality raw materials from Israel and abroad. The workers, who come from a wide range of populations, integrate into the labor market in a supportive and inclusive atmosphere and receive a high salary relative to what they received in the past – two factors that contribute to the motivation of the employees to succeed.
