Responsible for the professional management of the IVN-Yozma Social Fund initiative, Michal brings with her two decades of experience in development and management of social programs, catering to a variety of disadvantaged populations.
Michal has a very strong professional background in the area of measurement & evaluation of social programs. During her time at the Myers-JDC-Brookdale Institute, Michal managed a quality improvement initiative for programsdealing with at-risk populations and was a partner in many evaluation studies dealing with the integration of immigrants and immigrant teens, youth at risk and people with disabilities. In her last position, as Director of Planning and Control, at the Lazlo Tauber Foundation, Michal developed and led projects in various social spheres.
Michal holds a B.A. in Sociology and Political Science and an M.A. in public policy and nonprofit management, both from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem.
