The Keren Kemach venture was established together with the multi-million dollar “Kemach Fund” to provide support for the Haredi population seeking to enter the work force. It provides a holistic approach and eases the passage to the world of employment by providing the necessary means for Haredi job seeker to overcome existing economic, social and religious barriers.
Since they joined the IVN Social Entrepreneur Fellowship Program in 2005, more than 500 have graduated from the program with an employment rate of more than 75%.
