Sfat Midbar
Located at Yeruham, a town in the Negev desert, Sfat Midbar employs and trains youth at risk, ages 16-17, in the art and profession of ceramics.
Optimist
An advertising agency specializing in branding and digital marketing, providing a safe and meaningful workplace for professionals with disabilities. All employees, including the entrepreneurs of Optimist, are professionals with disabilities, either from birth or as a result of military service.
Nany
A family-owned enterprise in the production of food products that employ people with disabilities, youth at risk and ex convicts. The workers integrate into the labor market in a supportive and inclusive atmosphere.
Mootag Life Skills
Employing and training young people (22-25) at risk, in the fields of design and technology, including graphic design, website building and branding.
Mitam
Providing a variety of professional, high quality human resource services to non-profits in a sector in Israel that typically lacks the knowledge and financial capacity to hire full-time HR professionals.
Mesila
A non-profit organization dedicated to combating poverty by raising public awareness, mainly amongst the ultraorthodox community, about the importance of financial stability and independence.
