Ibtekar academy

Ibtekar Academy is an educational project that encourages creativity and entrepreneurship among children and youth in Arab society, especially in the technological fields. The main activities are training sessions, workshops, seminars and training days, both in private and in the informal education frameworks of the Ministry of Education and the Youth Department, including activities within the framework of the new governmental program for informal education in Arab society.

The main instructors and employees of the project are Arab students studying engineering and science, and this project helps to support them financially throughout their studies. The instructors participate in a training and empowerment program through which they are exposed to new teaching methods for children and youth and to materials based on research and advanced technologies from around the world.

The venture joined the IVN 2017 portfolio as part of the Seed Fund in cooperation with Mizrahi Tefahot Bank.
