Call Yachol

In Israel, there is 80-90% unemployment amongst the severely disabled. Call Yachol, the first company of its kind in the world, specializes in setting up outsourced call centers staffed mainly by people with disabilities. The company, located in Rishon LeZion, was founded in February 2008 by Dr. Gil Winch and Efrat Segev, whose vision was to revolutionize the employment of people with disabilities in Israel. Call Yachol is currently biggest employer of people with disabilities in the Israeli open market. By bringing a “parental” mode of management into the workplace, Call Yachol provides a safe and supportive environment for all of its employees. Call Yachol’s client list includes: Pelephone, Strauss Water, Harel Insurance, Bezeq International, Leumi Card and more.
