Lilach Bnaya

Development and Mentors Network Coordinator

Lilach is the Development and Mentor Network Coordinator at IVN. Prior to her role at IVN, Lilach already had extensive experience working with volunteers and mentors. Her work focused on the establishment of grassroot ventures and creating new revenue streams in NGO’s, in order to reduce dependence on philanthropy while supporting a broader social impact.  

 

Before joining IVN, she was the Operations Manager of the Legal Unit at HAVAYA Israeli Life Ceremonies Center (BeFree Israel). There, she managed the volunteering lawyers and advocacy network. Previously she managed the Social Entrepreneurship Incubator Program at the Academic College of Tel-Aviv-Yaffo.

 

Lilach holds an M.B.A. (Mandel Social leadership program) from Ben-Gurion University, and a Bachelor’s degree in Behavioral Sciences from the Academic College of Tel-Aviv-Yaffo.
