IVN’s Annual Conference – Final Preparations

Conference 2012 aIn two weeks, IVN’s third Annual Conference, focusing on the topic of social businesses, will take place. This year we are honored to have as our keynote speaker, Dr. Pamela Hartigan, Director of The Skoll Centre for Social Entrepreneurship at Oxford University Business School, England and Ms. Jennifer Gorovitz, Chief Executive Officer San Francisco Jewish Community Federation and Endowment Fund, both talking about the social business sector from their perspective.
The conference will also provide a platform for four local social entrepreneurs to present their visions in a series of short talks:
Mariuma Ben-Yosef, Founder and CEO of the Shanti House Association; Said Abu Shakra, Founding director of the Umm el-Fahem Art Gallery; Ofir Avigad, Entrepreneur of Cooperatives and Co-founder of the Bar Kayma; Yossi Meiri, Co-founder of Headstart.

The master of ceremonies will be Professor Gad Ariav, Senior Professor at the Leon Recanati Graduate School of Business Administration, Tel Aviv University.
