Call Yachol  is an outsourcing call-center primarily operated by employees with disabilities. As of today, it is the largest employer of people with special needs in the Israeli market.

Call Yachol provides a safe working environment carefully designed to physically and emotionally support special needs employees, such as larger parking spaces to accommodate wheel-chair-bound drivers, custom positioning of the main entrance for wheel chair entry, wider elevators, extra-spacious kitchen, adjustable seating, work-spaces with unique features that cater for visually-impaired and many other accommodations.
